About Us

The Murtupuni Supervisor Training Program (STP) was co-designed alongside experienced and developing supervisors. Our vision was to create a curriculum that would support supervisors to develop competency in remote supervision and supervision of rural and remote psychologists. We also wanted to create a curriculum that provided value for the supervisor, with our extended learning activities providing opportunities to revisit your learning in future professional development years. As our program matures we continue to update our curriculum on the needs of supervisors, embedding a continual quality improvement framework in all that we do.
